Dr. Ivan Mañero
Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Ivan Mañero received his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and later specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at the Ciudad Sanitaria y Universitaria of Bellvitge.

Soon after, he received his doctorate from the University of Barcelona, where he continues to give lectures. Committed to the world that surrounds him, Ivan Mañero has been working for more than 20 years with many NGOs, especially those related with children. In 2004 he founded an NGO called  ONG AMIC of which he is still the founding president. In 2007 he founded the Dr. Ivan Mañero Fundación . He is continuously directing and running medical projects of both institutions, and is currently working on the construction of a Maternity and Pediatric Hospital in Afia , Guinea Bissau.
